At Estes Park Rock Climbing, we offer breathtaking trips and amazing adventures through some of the most beautiful and rugged terrain in Colorado. With over 12 years of experience as guides, we have medical certifications and are American Mountain Guides Association Single Pitch instructors. Our knowledge and experience in the Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park region set us apart and we always put our effort into creating a custom trip that makes for a great customer experience. Estes Park Rock Climbing offers the following adventures:

Rock Climbing

We offer 4, 6, and 8 hour private sessions tailored to your needs. Whether you’re a seasoned climber, new to the activity, or looking for a wholesome outdoor activity to tire the kiddos out, you’re in for a great experience. Estes Park is recognized throughout the climbing community for its abundance of fine rock climbing locations. Our guides specialize in making you a better climber by focusing the time we spend with you on your specific needs and interests. We are able to cater to every one’s ability level by offering several different trip options.

Guided Longs Peak Trips

This is one of the most sought after 14er’s in Colorado and the only 14er in Rocky Mountain National Park. Longs stands 14,256 feet above sea level. This is an extreme day hike for you adventurous travelers! With a 5,000 foot elevation gain you will ascend the high alpine tundra, scramble across the boulder field, through the picturesque keyhole, skirt the ledges and narrows above sheer drop-offs, and finally scramble up the Homestretch slabs to emerge on the broad summit. You are rewarded with 360 degree views of the National Park, Estes Valley, and the Front Range, looking down on everything in sight! This trip generally starts at 2 AM, and can take 10-14 hours to complete. This hike should only be undertaken by those in excellent physical health. Dangerous weather and trail conditions can come on quickly at this elevation. Our guides are experienced in reading the weather to help ensure a safe and fun trip for your whole group!

Hiking Trips

Hike to pristine lakes, stroll along glacier fed streams, and summit peaks high above treeline. Choose your length and difficulty, choose your destination, or let our experienced guides take you to one of their favorite spots! Snowshoe Tours

Join us for a guided snowshoe tour in beautiful Rocky Mountain National Park. The National Park offers some of the most breathtaking scenery and beautiful snowshoeing in northern Colorado. Our guides will take you out into the backcountry and guide you through the winter wonderland of Rocky Mountain National Park. We offer 4, 6, & 8 hour guided trips in Rocky Mountain National Park. Trips are family fun and kid friendly!

Private sessions can accommodate up to five people while our group sessions can accommodate up to 40 people. Whether you’re a seasoned climber or are new to the activity, you’re in for an experience you will never forget. We often get asked how we stay so cheap.  The answer is simple: We are both the owners and operators of our business and pass savings on to you by cutting out the middle-man.  We take on all of the roles here at EPRC, booking the trips, marketing our trips, website maintenance, and of course, guiding the trips as well.  We are passionate about the outdoors, climbing and our business.
